I am not quite sure to be honest with you, because I am really not an expert, it really comes down to you. Becoming vegan will obviously limit what foods you can actually consume, but if you are willing to commit to become vegan and you take the right vitamins and what not to substitute for all the things that you can’t actually eat then I don’t see a harm in it. But it really is just a personal choice, so if you feel that it is right for you, then go for it no matter what anyone else says, but if you’re struggling to find an answer, just wait it out and see or try it and if you like it, stick to it, if not then don’t.
